This could be due to overload (too many devices connected), faulty inverter cooling fan, or incorrect battery connection. Check the load rating first, then confirm cables are properly tightened and batteries are balanced.
In as much as the batteries are fully charged, if one or more of the batteries in the bank are bad or faulty, the inverter can start beeping in few minutes of use and can go off suddenly. So also check the battery health. We have special measurement tools and equipment to evaluate not just the voltage of the battery, but also internal resistance, remaining state of charge, current, and load bearing capacity of deep cycle and Lithium batteries.Β
